Coburg were the Tigers when they were aligned with Richmond, they are now back to using the traditional "Lions" monniker they had prior to the allignment. So there are two clubs in the VFL nicknamed "Tigers" (Werribee and Richmond Reserves), and I don't think it bothers anybody.

That said, West Coast to become Perth Eagles and Western Bulldogs to Ballarat Bulldogs. Make them like Geelong with their own home ground outside of Melbourne.
