Not sure, to be honest.

Doesn't LOOK as quick and skilled as Davey, even though he's probably not far off - For some reason he just doesn't seem as visually impressive.

I'd say he's more of a Danyle Pearce type. We have the next Davey...and he happens to be an actual Davey.

Not really because Davey was picked up as a Rookie where as Dic k was a NAB Draft Pick.

I thought his tackling and desperation was reminiscent of Davey, but that's where the comparison ends.

Might seem like a strange comparison but he actually reminded be a bit of pendlebury the way he handle the ball and feed out handpasses. Like pendles he look like he had alot of time in traffic.

Was ok and looked good but had a long way to go. Very Very skinny and still raw but there is no doubt he has talent.

Also the strangest looking cat I have seen. Really small head but massive ears. Good luck to the young fella, I hope he does well.

A few draft watchers compared him to Michael Long, but that's one player-type we can least afford. If he turns out to be similar (in that respect) I'm sure he will be a good player. We need to recruit a ready-made midfielder who can carry the ball and kick it 55 metres, someone like an Adam Cooney, we don't have anyone on the list who can play like him - Bar Didak, but he's more valuable in the forward line.

Can't see it, he's just too lean at the moment. I'd love for him to be able to play though, based on ability and the form that obviously has impressed the coaches. Rowdy Brown mentioned ******** first when talking about the best players against the Swans.

He may get a game if we are really struggling and play the youth card(or draft pick card) later in the year. He looks to skinny to be at the moment. Definately needs to bulk up

Good point. I think he'll be a very good player for us, but if he plays this year it's a bad sign for our season as it's probably already over.

Alo of people go on about wanting to see the kids play but unless they are very very good(like a thomas , murphy etc) it generally means a side is struggling if all the first year players get games. You dont see to many top sides playing a stack of first year players. I can't remember a single first year play in west coasts premiership side or in sydneys side.

I have to disagree Vinnie. Having seen the highlights on CTV of this kid kicking equally well on both feet and after having seen his kicking on Friday night I am sure he is a better kick than Davey, who I have never seen kick a ball on his right foot.
