Aish, Geelong's first pick next year, and Brisbane's second round pick this year would be an acceptable outcome.

Geelong sends Pick 9 and their fringe player to Brisbane.

Brisbane loses Aish and pick 20 but gains pick 9 and a fringe player

I'd prefer Jack Redden from Brisbane instead of pick 20. (assuming he's worth around that pick anyway?)

So it'd be Aish, Redden and Geelong's 2016 1st rounder for Danger.

Nice deal but I doubt Brisbane would give up Aish and Redden for Pick 9 and a fringe player.

wasn't there a guy who wanted to to the Cats to the Lions

We want Aish from Lions

I assume a 3 way in which we end up with Aish and some picks for Danger, maybe an upgrade on picks, something like that, I'm not AFL trading person.
Jarrad Jansen, but he hasn't even played an AFL game yet, spent the year in the Geelong Magoos, round 2, pick 36 2013 National Draft......steak knives at this stage one would think.

Let's not count our draft picks before they hatch

I can still see us accepting compo or playing hardball and losing him in the draft for nothing.

To be honest, anything above compo and I'll build a Fagan statue in my front yard

-Oh, darn! One first round draft pick short.

-Exactly what a fair trade for Danger would have brought in.

-Can we still afford that statue of Fagan?

-No, I'm afraid we'll have to go with
something cheaper....

-I give you our former CEO, Steven Trigg.

-Oh, come on! - He's history's greatest monster! Release the dogs.

Very good. To quote a couple of funny lines that hit the spot for me ...

As for Geelong, snaring Dangerfield guarantees they will play finals next year, just as Adelaide have done for each of the past eight seasons (if I recall correctly).

--------------------------

Between all that and the new documentary, it was quite the weekly bonanza for Port supporters. (If you haven’t seen the doco yet, here’s a SPOILER ALERT: they don’t make the finals.)

--------------------------

NB: There were apparently also two finals played this weekend, whose results were as unpredictably shocking as Dangerfield’s defection. Although the AFL did enhance its multicultural aspirations by allowing them to be officiated by people who had evidently never seen the game before.

--------------------------

It is now safe to say, in the words of Kevin Rudd, that the greatest moral challenge of our time is stopping Hawthorn from winning three consecutive premierships on Saturday. Godspeed, Eagles.

So I compare two afl footballers
You compare danger to your little sister

Danger is currently better than treloar, if I was trading I would trade 2 first rounders for treloar instead of danger

Geelong right about now are very glad you are no where near involved with their list management team.

No, will you be trading?

Pretty much. The clubs are already talking trade and I expect one to be worked out before trade week starts. Apparently some clubs are already making a charge at Dangerfield and will not hesitate in taking him in the PSD ahead of Geelong. Geelong know this and need to get the deal done.

Marty, the crows will not be matching he will leave as a rfa unmatched
hope that clarifies it for you

Thanks for tagging me into every second statement you make

Mahlepi, the Crows will be matching and he will leave via a trade
hope that clarifies it for you

So youre saying the AFC will get nothing in return??

Dear Kane, let's just see what what happens. I really don't need to be tagged every 2 seconds. You were very adamant he was staying 6 months ago.
But scott did not say trade did he.
Let's wait and see, and if you are wrong will you apologise with the same velocity?
Absolutely!

I never claimed 100% danger was staying!

You 100% claimed crows would not match & accept compo.

If you are right I will give you full credit for knowing the insides of afc management.

Interesting Sanders - crows should not match & accept unders liked your post...

We have Carlton doing a trade of bell to brisbane and jensen from geelong wanting to get to brisbane

Opens up opportunities for trades involving redden, Mayes, Aish and
Menzel
