At the very least is highly serviceable midfield depth; has shown he is good enough for AFL.

They are eligible to be picked up and put on the main list, not the rookie list though.

Yes, hence the name de-listed free agent. If you have been offered a contract and knock it back you can only find a new home via the national, pre-season or rookie draft
