Why do they call holding the ball if a player gets spun 360, but is still able to get the ball away? I feel like they are rewarding s**t tackling every time.

Garcia has to have one of the highest ratio of possessions vs getting caught holding the ball. It's still an issue of his that he badly needs to get out of his system.

Not sure I'd call it panicking. I wish he'd panic more then he might use the first option more instead of trying to do too much.
