Have to say, shopping centre food courts are the pits.
Narre Warren is like pigs at a trough.
**** that shit.
If I get food from there, I never sit down, I GTFO ASAP, rather eat in my car.
It's mostly the schoolkids that leave the mess.

What about pubs? If me and my mates are having a session and its my shout, ill stack the empties and take them to the bar as im going up to get my shout.

At restaurants ill often hand them the plates or stack them to help the waiter (although they probably have a certain way they like to stack them and im not helping haha)

As an ex publican it took me years to break the habit of clearing tables on my way to the bar.

People who don't clean & clear their tables after eating, should be sent to re-education camp in a mining town mess-hall for a full year.....Where they are forced to clean & clear up after others for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week....Until they are deemed fit to return to civilised society.

I know for a fact, that Peter Dutton shares my views on this urgent matter.

Interesting thread given the moral high horse stuff on how you should keep your home clean the House Proud thread. People are not as tidy as they think they are.

In Taiwan a lot of customers like to clean up the table out of respect. I guess you are as good as how you treat other people's premises.

Food courts arent that bad- having said that i dont particularly sit down and have a meal there. Maybe a snack that's it.

Anyone seen that buffet in Sunshine shopping centre, near the movies, looks like salmonella central to me..
Oh sooooooo this

That place is the absolute pits and u couldn't even pay me to eat there

I worked in a cinema for a while too, the amount of rubbish people would leave behind was incredible, popcorn was the worst, it was like people threw more of it on the ground than in their mouths. I guess because cinemas are dark it makes it easier for people to act like messy pigs and get away with it.
Haven’t been to the cinemas in a long time, however when I used to frequent them a bit I was shocked at how many probably 12-14 year olds would throw their popcorn box in the air when leaving.

This is not big businesses getting you to work for free. This is common courtesy. If you’ve made a mess then you clean it up.

The ‘someone else will clean it up’ attitude makes my blood boil. If you don’t have an issue with littering then you really are the kind of turd that society can do without.

I blame the parents.

I don't really care what people do in McDonald's or food courts etc. It's courteous to clean up after yourself but there are people there specifically to clean up.

Shits me to tears when people leave a public picnic area, BBQ etc. in a state. Entitled kents. You know who is going to clean up your shit? The next person wanting to use the facilities.

I usually just run with the approach of not making a shit job more shit for whoever is doing it. I've stacked shelves, dealt with pain in the dick customers etc.

I’m not overly fussed by those who leave their stuff on the table as long as it’s neat and tidy but I do have an issue with people whose tables look like pigs have sat at the table. Food all over the floor and strewn across the table - takes two minutes to tidy the area or give it a wipe with a napkin

some people shouldn't be allowed out in public
I thought that Chrisco was supposed to keep them well stoked and at home around the fire place eating condiments on white bread

In positive news, my friends and I once came to a set of tables with intention of occupying them. There was some utensils and serving items with specs of food on them left there. Also, a plastic bag (remember them?) containing a take away container of food on the extreme edge of the table. Started to clean up, and family on neighbouring table apologised and took their bag of leftovers. It was theirs obviously.
