I've got a feeling that Harts (of the Adam variety) will be given 1 last year. A make-or-break year if ever I've seen one.

If we draft HH, I reckon it'd be great to see the brothers united in Navy Blue.

I was just going to post this after reading your post on the Scum's board.

Such a shame Hamish Hartlett might end up a Bluebagger.

I assume Hughes will pick Hartlett going by the comments he made in last year's article about Naitanui being picked ahead of Kreuzer.

Ziebell might give us more playing a quarterback role, in the middle and up forward, but Hartlett is the contested ball winner and goal kicking midfielder Carlton needs.

Can't lose either way unless we reach for a forward with pick six.

Hartlett passing to Hartlett for a goal would bring the Telstra Dome down...

Hurleys a Bomber if available. How does this affect your draft choices at 6? Do you go for best available in Ziebell or Hartlett, or the taller option still?

Ziebell for mine, sounds as though he can play forward & kick plenty of goals.

I only like Waite on the HF line if he is played like a winger/Richo style - so we still need another bigger body across HF. I have Cloke pencilled in for FP not Kreuze as I think Kreuze is a leading forward like Fev and will not compliment him. When Kreuze get a bigger body he may be what I was asking for across HF

In light of the Dees not getting Warnock

1. Dees - Naitanui
2. WCE - Rich
3. Freo - Ziebell or Hartlett
4. Port - Vickery/Harts/Ziebell
5. Dons - Hurley
6. Blues - Watts.......OMG!!!!!

If Melbourne did get Warnock would we consider Jamar as our stop gap bigger body ruck - he has just turned 25 and does get twice as many taps as Clokey

There's a few problems with Jamar.

For starters, he has no skill, and is a terrible footballer.

Very average in the middle, even worse around the ground.

I'd prefer to stick with Cloke, without a doubt.

Of the three that should be available I'd have:

Ziebell then Hurley then Hartlett. Funnily enough I would be happy with either.

JZ can turn into Nathan Buckley to James Hird when rotating between the middle and forward.
