Yeah I agree. Whilst he's still young, a good size and improving, he's still got a lot of work to do.
Carlton would look at guys like Talia and McKernan, and I'd be happy for them to be part of the Sauce trade if the trade was fair and equitable (draft picks required to even the trade out).
We have one or two too many KPP's with good currency and we can afford to offload one IMO.
^ Interesting, considering we got Otten.. a runner up rising star, in the 2nd round.

Forget Talia and McKernan. Seriously, I wouldnt straight swap either of them for Sauce. Im sure Rendell wont either. Last year Rendell rated Mckernan as his greatest ever pick in terms of value.
Prestia - 2nd in agility, top 5 in repeat 20's, 2.93 sprint, and about to dominate the beep test.....just sayin.
Otten was rated as around the pick 25/26 mark. we got him at pick 27.^ Interesting, considering we got Otten.. a runner up rising star, in the 2nd round.
i think McKernan was overrated in his draft (because of his name) and everyone thought he'd go late first round or early second round. we got him at pick 28, which i think sounds about right. Rory Sloane was our bargain pickup that year at 44.My point is that is how high he rates Mckernan.
Drool.Jed Lamb has also set a new record in the kicking drill. As a flashy, half-forward with a good kick, he will be closely watched as well.![]()
Sellar & 3rd is unlikely to satisfy Carlton.
Some people on this board are seriously delusional about Sellar's value, given how little he's shown at the senior level (and yes I'm well aware of the arguments about him being played out of position).
Cover 60 on both feet. Can he kick? If he can then that would be perfect for our needs
Drool.
Sign me up, Doc.
Big H says there's about 50 good draft prospects.
Is impressed with the speed of the mids, clubs will walk away from DC with greater hopes in the draft.
Team of 6 at the combine. They're all impressed with the types of kids, good lads. They were having dinner and Neil jumped onto a table with 6 or so kids to just have a chat (they would have been thrilled).
They probe pretty hard with leadership type questions. Neil gets into the questioning. He thinks a small team works well, less opinions from those who haven't watched the kids.
No player this year, as we exited early, players are on vacation.
While the kicking results are nice, they're not fantastic in game representations. You get 5 points per kick, you loose points if you fumble, three on your left, three on your right, short medium and long (longs only about 40.Drool.

NC: Hey guys!words from neil himself?
transcript coming senor spackler?
NC: Hey guys!
Players whispering: didn't we just finish an interview with this guy....
Other player: yeah, all he did was ****ing 'knock knock' jokes. What's he after now?
NC: You didn't hear them all! Knock Knock! and so on....
Assuming the crows keep pick 14 chances of Prestia, Caddy or Lamb still being around?
Jed Lamb sounds like a perfect option for our 2nd pick if he's still there.
I'd love us to go into the draft with both #14 and the Bock compensation pick.
Edit - hell, I'd love us to also hang on to our second round pick. Let's get hold of three great midfield/small-forward options.
Caddy's name has been around for a while, same kamakazi style as Danger came right up in the new handball test at the Draft Camp -refuse to call it combine - that's something to harvest wheat.
Lamb sounds like a gun, bet port take him.
