Nah ....what can you do

It's just num-nufts who post willy-nilly without any forethought or research that irritate me

Happy to debate reasonably put arguments

That said .....my signature says it all
Every opinion you've attacked in here has been well thought out and researched. The opinion doesn't fit with yours so you call it "uninformed" or similar to discredit it. Says a lot about you.

Pick 15 with Richmond's 1st, effectively Pick 11 after Academy picks taken into account. He is one player I do have some personal intel on having watched him live this year in the TAC Cup Comp, does some flashy plays but goes missing a hell of a lot, surely if he goes that high the club is doing a hell of a lot of projecting into the future, had hardly rated a mention prior to the combine other than he was a Rioli.
9 TAC games, 14 goals, 1 time in the best players, 4 of those goals in one game.

I'm really starting to hope we draft Burton at 9 not that I think we should, just for the quality of the meltdowns

If we do, you would think we know more about his medical situation than any other club given that his surgeon is a life member of our club.

Yeah I only really took notice after the combine. Then watched a bit of footage.

He has been all over the place in phantom drafts but that is usual for the 20-30 range. Hopefully it leaves a better player available for our second pick.

I don't think he was including the Port board
Just having a joke mate.
In any case I have read this thread and you seem to have a strong hand. I agree with those on here that you should go for midfielders and roll the dice with your existing backs and forwards for another year (I think you could use someone to replace Hartigan and Jenkins).
Milera and Oliver I'd go (if available of course).
All the best on Tuesday.

Why would we need someone to replace Jenkins?

Haha I was also kidding
Oliver looks like going top 5. Milera with our first looks likely, I thought Francis might slide but seems to be going before our pick due to Curnows incident.
2nd pick like you say an inside mid would be ideal but I don't think the quality we should be looking for will be there. Half backs, Collins, Burton etc likely will be. I don't think we need half backs which leads me to think Collins or Burton likely.

I will add he is a damn good tackler in the Charlie Cameron mould.

Eventually, gives a young forward a few years to develop.
Jenkins is an interesting one, absolute spud at the start of the year (most on here wanted him dropped), then seemed to pull it together towards the end of the year. Could be a really important indicator for how you go next year.

You care to explain what you posted here ......just for those of us you just confused

His contested marking has changed his potential. I was worried he mightn't be good enough but he's our future. 40 goal key forwards don't grow on trees.

I'd take Burton based only on the small chance he may become a Stringer. All teams would love a Stringer.
What about AhChee? He could be a Wingard type, start as a forward but work through the midfield. Players cluster all around the ground these days anyway, seems like a slick player.

He is probably the best 2nd key/tall forward in the comp. Definitely doesn't need replacement.

You better line up replacments for Shultz, Hoff and Ryder by that logic :)

Sorry I meant replace in a few years, gives the draftee some time to develop as a replacement.
Dixon?
But I agree, seems to be a good balance to have a couple of young forwards coming through at all times.
