Though I still prefer a scenario that includes a future first if we're going down that path.

Trade 7 for 13 & 15 with GWS
Trade 8 for 14 & F1 from Pies

I would be really disappointed if we did that. Really hope we use 6 and 7. I don't necessarily mind trading 8 as proposed re the Pies but don't seem them doing that deal.

Pure guesswork of course, but I think we take Perkins and Cox at 7, 8 - trade 9 to the Pies for their current 16 (which will end up being 20-ish) and their first next year.

We’ll then hopefully grab Macrae or Powell with that pick, and secure Brand and Eyre when the bids come.

Five talented kids in the door, and two first rounders next year to work with.

I’ll be pretty happy with that return.

It's pretty simply for me Perkins and either Reid or Thilthorpe

Mids who impact forward is what im looking for. Same reason i want Perkins. Wouldn't be disappointed with Macrae if he was still there as he's got the extra height to help balance the midfield.

If we missed Perkins and Hollands (I know, we're not getting Hollands), then I definitely wouldn't mind Ford.

I think we'd rather quickly grab all 3 if Reid is the one to go early.
Once you take Reid & Cox out of the equation, it's unlikely the Pies trade up. They'd just wait for a bid and trade around it.

We'd have added good spine depth with Thilthorpe, Brand, Eyre & Cox.
plus a solid tall mid in Perkins.

i think more that we're looking elsewhere (Bruhn & Henry)
But can't help but feel that's misinformation. He seems like such a good fit.
Good size, skill set and scoreboard impact from the middle.

I reckon it's a 5% Thilthorpe slips.

If he does, it'll be because Perkins, Reid or Cox have gone early (compared to expectations). If that's the case, sure, snap him up, along with whoever is still there out of Phillips and Perkins. Take them without thinking twice.
