I’d like to add a ruck to our list which stops Peter Wright rucking through necessity.

In saying that, ideally adding one to our VFL list is my preference but this mid season draft is throwing up a heap of names already.

Edwards, Heath, Moyle, Knoll (expect him to go to the Suns), Strnadica.

In saying that, I really liked what Jack Hayes did for the SANFL last weekend in the state game. Huge body, contested player who can take a mark. Fwd, mid or back. At 24/25 he should be able to come in and play.

I see a link has already been posted above (thought I'd post the picture of the rolling team if you can't be bothered clicking the link haha) but I'm not as yet across the names in this years draft pool so I'm keen to delve deeper. Seeing as though we're likely going to have a pick between 4-7, who might we be looking at here amongst these names?

Im hoping Roberts kid a truck in the midfield

There is nothing about him that screams AFL player.

The current picture is of Snelling who can't run and can't really get near the ball.

“Getting near the ball” is Snellings best ability. Snelling looks like Tom Mitchell at VFL level and would probably average 25 a game if given a full time mid role in the AFL.

Yeah if you doubt snellings ability to find the ball at lower levels go and look at his stats from the sanfl, the year we took him.

Just had a quick look, looks a great size/height for his age. What about Johnson, is he at this point likely to be around our pick mark?
Either or i just hope Roberts adds a little more height but average 30 touches 2 goals 6.3 clearance is good but will he fix our big body issue probably not

He means Johnson looks like Snelling but without that ability.

ESSENDON

Essendon has a spot available despite adding Kaine Baldwin to the list earlier in 2021. State league gun Angus Baker has long been linked with the Bombers in the last 12 months and is now on the club’s VFL list, with the midfield an area Adrian Dodoro is most likely to add to.

Shame we aren't putting Caldwell on ice

is that fact though or lazy journalism as per usual? I thought we had 2 available with the possibility of 3.

I think Mozzie LTI, we had the other Irishman leave, plus one spot left

Baldwin and Waterman in means we have 1 more?

I am interested in the Angus Baker and Greg Clark comparison.

Similar size, similar age. Both have played as marking half backs, Clark has transitioned to inside midfielder but Baker is more prolific at half back than Clark was. I lean towards Clark because of his versitility.

Any highlight packages on these guys anywhere? Or stats.

We have not put the players on the LTI list as of yet so yes it is one until or if we do.

I have no real leaning as of yet but I will say Baker was pretty good for us in the VFL last week.
