It was tight all game. Not much between these 2. Lakers hurt not having there number 1 ruckman and struggled at the centre bounce. Paco were good and had every chance to win. A lot of feeling in the game with spot fires breaking out all over the ground.

Holy crap how do teams get that far infront in a half of football, let's hope for the sake of Jacana that Hadfield didn't continue piling goals on at THAT rate.

What a finish to the B grade season coming up. top 2 positions look set but 3rd spot up for grabs with Pacco, Tulla & Airport west all still a chance. All 3 still not assured a spot in the 5. Whoever loses out of Pacco and tulla this week could be out of the 5. Glenroy still have a chance thanks to there massive % thanks to easy draw and Mr Kite being on fire. Some great games coming up with Airport west, Haddy, Glenroy all to play each other and Tulla having a very tough month coming up. Any predictions for the final 5. I will go with

Have to marvel at Westmeadows. Just about every man and his dog had them near the foot of the ladder this year.

Hadfield had 20 goals up till half time and then when on to kick another 15 after the break.
So incorrect information that they had 28 at the half time break.

Agree - in everyones prediction they had either Westmeadows and Lakers as the biggest sliders in 2010. They are the 2 premier teams in B Grade so far. Great effort!

Question- Has Pascoe Vale recruited badly and the wrong type of players, as pre season they looked unbeatable with all the hype of players they got?
Some one there must be held responsible.
Great club Pacco and have recruited wisely. Will be interesting come mid August but I believe the Panthers have a top coach in Dave Morgan and he will make sure they do not get ahead of themselves. Definate premiership challangers along with Taylors Lakes and Westy. Tulla, Haddy, APW, and Glenroy are way off the mark.

Is this his 1st year coaching Paco? Where did he come from? I thought he was fairly bland at 1/4 time on the weekend.

Okay thanks for clearing that up mate, it would be odd for a team to score 28 goals in a half and 5 the next.
Big game this week between Tullamarine and Pascoe Vale. I think Pacco were very stiff to lose to Taylors Lakes last week, especially after leading them for the majority of the game, they will come out breathing fire against Tullamarine, who beat Keilor Park in a very low and scrappy game.
I think Pacco will be too strong for Tulla this week, however I wouldn't write Tulla off, as they have a genuine chance of an upset, and a victory is crucial for their spot in the top 5.
My tip: Pacco by 4 goals

Their young players from a very good junior team a few years ago are pushing through quite nicely.

I think even the Westy people would not have expected the results that they have got so far. Their strategy was to pay the gun young players big money to get them back to the club and keep them there. I believe they were all put on two year deals and the hope was this year would be a building year and the serious challange would start next year but it looks like they are ahead of schedule, and good on them. I think they will be a bit young this year but if they can keep the list and improve next year who knows.

Tulla kicked a goal with about 20 seconds left, took it back to the centre, quick clearance, bomb down deep into forward fifty, mark and goal and siren goes. Was a brilliant game of football today by both teams

Wow I thought Lakers 220 point win was impressive but Airport West winning by 200 points against Sydenham takes the cake. May have under estimated Airport West!!!
Paco and Airport West are 4 and 5 now. If it ends up like that what a great Elimination final we have. B grade premier could come from 4 or 5! AW V Westmed is massive next week.
