I actually thought glenroy's crowd was pretty good today. And get over the ruckman hitting someone , because i don't think height has anything to do with the impact of the punch; your just sooking that your smallest player got hit , may i add i think he had a bit of little man syndrome.glenroy crowd nice and feral. to the glenroy ruckman...... takes a big man to punch the smallest bloke on the ground
every club has them but glenroy supporters are very bad
Wow I thought Lakers 220 point win was impressive but Airport West winning by 200 points against Sydenham takes the cake. May have under estimated Airport West!!!
Paco and Airport West are 4 and 5 now. If it ends up like that what a great Elimination final we have. B grade premier could come from 4 or 5! AW V Westmed is massive next week.
Lol that coming from Northern Saints maybe you forgot bout last year
Their under 16s just happened to get a game called off today after the opposition who were 5th threatened to run over them, that's all they are good for Northern Saints, all in brawls.
Just spoke to someone that was at the game. From what they said, the Saints have reason to be upset after that match. Apparently the other side were the aggressors in this particular game.
The other side which happened to be Tulla were outplaying the Saints in the first quarter and for a bit in the second before it got ugly. They love for some reason to pick fights with Tulla. From what I saw it was the Saints that were the aggressors after their frustration at being outplayed by the other team
I wasn't there so I can't really say what happened either way but that isn't the account that I got. I guess we will just see what happens with any potential investigation. The bloke I spoke to is involved with them (saints) and he didn't seem happy with what transpired.
These things are ugly in football and it wrecks a potential great match. I'm not happy with what happened either, as the game promised to be a cracker
Agree with you on that. I don't play/involve my self in footy for that stuff. Nothing better than a fair, hard cracking contest.

I've just spoken with one of the clubs trainers and are hearing the same thing.
It's funny really. The 10s, 12s and 14s all manage to get along ok, but the 16s have this ongoing battle.
Easy to lay blame on one club, but it takes two to tango.
It's funny???????????????
Had good mail from a mate about how bad this was!
An absolute disgrace, the same booshat happened with the same two teams last year
For **** sake!!!
Why does it happen???

Also , your calling glenroys crowd ferral - Try looking at your crowd AND your players. Must i bring up the incidents of last year??
In last years final at Greenvale, Tulla were 4 goals down with about 5 minutes left in the final quarter. A player from Tulla then preceded to kick 3-4 goals in that time, and the deficit evaporated quickly and Tulla hit the front. The Saints players then decided to fight, knowing the siren was about to go and they were facing defeat, so one of their players punched the Tulla goalkicker starting the big all in brawl.
Today, Tulla who are 2nd last with around 1-2 wins for the year, were in the game, and the Northern players were frustrated that Tulla were still in the game, and the pressure that was being put on them. Things eventually got out of hand after Tulla saved a goal and the frustrated players started fighting. Punches were being thrown, and a promising game of football was eventually ruined by the fighting and the umpires had to call the game off.
The two teams based on the current ladder are going to meet in the first week of the finals.
