How about in my view game of the round 16 Glenrov v AW this week.
Any comments / predicidions / match ups. Glenroy in form re winner last week against W/Coburg by 5 goals. Always a good game with a big crowd as both these teams have good suporter bases. Glenroy wil be looking to turn around the 10 goal loss in round-1 if they are to feature as guine finals contenders. Also 3rd place is up for grabs as T/Lakes play W/Meadows and TL should win. The reserves also between these sides should be a real contest.

Taylors will struggle against West Coburg & Airport West come finals
Glenroy is possible of beating both and accounted for West Coburg last week
im guessing if Hadfield get in they will do damage

I think AW and WC would rather play any other team than Hadfield come finals imo

Great work by media man Michael Pell on his work this year in the media with the Radio, EDFL TV and the print. Star on the rise. EDFL on the map.

Kid has done a great job. Always heard his name around the traps, former umpire i think with a strong connection to Hadfield. The best thing i reckon about the edfl this year has been the Facebook and Twitter, constant updates about everything that is happening, makes it much like the AFL.

Whats all our thoughts on web TV? Pillios getting his mug back on there.

You really need to pull your head in pal and realize that you not correct in everything out on that field. what you and the umpires see are the completely different. It's people like you ash, who make people not want to umpire senior football. They go out there and do the best to their ability and they do not need abuse from pathetic people like you. You should of just taken you win and left it

I took the liberty of reading some of your older posts, interesting that 3 ago you abused the umpires performance in a Glenroy game and said the umpiring was putrid and it was no wonder umps get abused. Maybe u need to practice what you preach champ. Very easy being a keyboard hero. The umpiring yesterday was embarrasing. ps if you are going to type messages try and improve your english skills because your writing is hard to follow. Maybe look at suing the teachers at Glenroy Tech.

Please tell me you were pissed when posting this statement. Umpiring in game was disgraceful all day, especially in last quarter when it seemed like the umpires were on a mission to get Glenroy back into game..

In the end it was a cracking game, both teams put in a great performance and game was decided with last kick of game. Credit must go to the Tulla boys especially considering the amount of players they have out and question mark over their depth to get over the line.

Massive courage from an "unknown" individual for posting that comment on a team.. I seen in the record that u wear no. 28 for Glenroy.. For your sake I hope that wasn't u running around in no.28 yesterday, because we will say that out of the 44 players out there u wernt in the top 42 nor the "toughest" bloke running out there

OK. First of all, It's different when a SUPPORTER abuses the umpires on the sidelines. But for SENIOR coach to confront the umpires after the game as they walk off the field when they had won is complete rubbish. Ash manning needs to pull his head in. Also, I am not in the generation that went to ' Glenroy Tech'. But when you master English Degrees... come see me, until then, shutup.
PS... Every player has their bad games.. Jake obviously had one of those. He's actually a brilliant player for his size and age. I agree he underestimated Tulla and shouldn't of called them soft, but that's all apart of the rivalry with tulla.

1st of all i would like congratulate tulla on there win they were the better team on the day it was also a great effort from our boys after losing woodhouse and adam dennis before half time to fight out game and get with in a kick as for woodsy the kid made a mistake and im sure he regrets it and will learn from it but there is no difference to manning at the start of year offering odds on tulla finishing higher than glenroy and on glenroy making finals so we have both made mistakes over social media on a positive note will be good to have the roys in finals again after a couple of disappointing years hopefully we can cause some damage as we have a pretty good finals record over recent times

I dont know Woodsy but i am sure he is a good kid. Just a bit of harmless fun that a few Tulla boys got wind of. I dont consider it a mistake giving odds on social media i give odds on everything. Ask the boys. I was more than happy for some Glenroy people to take me up on the bet but nobody had a crack. I am happy to offer the same odds next year. Extremely proud of Tulla this year. To finish 5th having lost so many guns including Marcy, General and Delaney who are all dual B&F winners has been a great effort. Credit to Glenroy they have surprised me this year and their last month has been teriffic. To beat Lakes, WC and Airp west means they thouroughly deserve their spot in the top 4. Cant wait for the finals 4 strong clubs, disappointing we wont be there but hopefully we can get back in next season. Ps if you want some odds on the flag A/west $1.50, west cob $3 Lakes $6 Roys $6 (a lot will depend on the injuries to Woodhouse and Dennis who are both real prime movers)
