Strathmore have signed quality 1 pointers in Ben Bese, James Saville and James Polkinghorne.

Rumours floating around that Strathmore have been warned about salary cap spending for season 2017 and advised to pull it back this year or suffer the consequences, hence why they are not recruiting as heavily as past seasons. Few outs and few ins.

Great to see juniors return to their home club. Bese will be great but hasn’t played much footy over recent years due to persistent shoulder injuries. Hope he can stay on the park as love his attack on the footy and the man and will be a crowd favourite, but the small Strathmore ground (as well as others) will see plenty of bumps in close.
Tighe a huge loss and if McIntosh gets struck down with injuries do they have enough cover in the ruck stocks? Always need a good big man..Probably a deficiency at Pacco since Big Sikora left a few years back. They have filled gaps to a degree but quality big ruckman are not easy to find..

Bully think you'll find Torbo's fixation is with Strathmore for some reason not certain players as such.

In an ideal world maybe however when blokes are getting offered $500-$1000 a game you cant expect them to play for $00.Times have changed as we all know and it will only worsen.Biggest problem is stupid people offering too much money to dud players or money the club cant afford.
