Yes I know, I need to get a life. Did some research and found that from round 1 when eds played keilor and wc played abers. The ins and outs.
Eds had 7 different players
Keilor had 8 different players
AND
West coburg had 2 different players
Abers had 9 different players.

What a turnaround in 4 weeks.

Tips for this week? Be interesting to see how strathmore go against west meadows I think. May shed some light on west meadows true ability.

EDS comfortably
Keilor easily
Westmeadows in a tight one
West coburg easily

I see Turri/edfl have again left craigieburn/marby struggling and getting smashed in u/12(1) but allow airport west/oak park to smash all teams in div2.
Please explain Marc/Greta?

Sorry need to explain the westmeadows tip. I am only going by craigieburn beating strathmore in a close one and westmeadows belting craigieburn. Interesting to note that craigieburns 2 best players(Aaron and tye) played and played well.

Think you will find jack didn't intend to play but turned up to support his mates - Abers started with 1 on the bench due to injuries ravaging the side - then copped an early injury to Accadia and jack suited up so they had at least one rotation.

Good effort i reckon

If that's the case, then your correct - a good effort.

hey guys long time reading,
discussing the west coburg vs abers match even tho abers did have injuries credit to west coburg winning over there as we all know its very hard to beat abers at there home ground, plus winning on a big ground for west coburg has been hard in the past But this team is showing a lot of potential.

Abers have had something like 2 x acl injuries, 5 broken arms/wrists, sigs in intensive care then 5 or 6 on Vic metro duty at weekend. Half the first choice team out. Doubt any other team has had that bad an injury run. Spoke to a mate that told me Evans did turn up to watch but told coach to put him on when he saw they had no-one on bench. I got my earlier comment very wrong and apologise if Evans is reading this forum.

Abers only had 1 on the bench!!! WT?. Is this div 1 or div 7. That's not good. Were there late omissions?
Just a numbers issue I think - someone pointed out that from the round 1 team there were 9 changes.

The ones I know who didn't play were:
Podjaski - VIC metro
Hanna - VIC metro
Tanner - injured
Tuan - injured
Consiglio - unavailable due to illness
McDonald - injured
Ibrahim - injured
Marcola -'injured
Evans - didn't start the game

Plus before the year Riley scarce and horomidis and a couple of others who are yet to play this year due to injury

So given the above I reckon they did ok

Potential, yes. Although they still have a lot to prove I believe. They look like a strong side with good heart but we will see how they go over the coming weeks.

Abers and douttas have been badly hurt by injuries
2 acls at douttas as well with 10+ minor injuries that go for a week or two. First three rounds, douttas had 5 players put on a stretcher, doing much better now though.
Ivan Pavlovic with a dislocated knee after Sunday's game, will be out for a bit.
Really upsetting, these young players just want a kick and a win but are copping injuries from all over the ground. Can see why so many people are switching to soccer
