Keilor demolished Westmeadows. Hitch and Mo didn't play.

Rayner, Caluzzi and Balta played for EDS. Those 3 haven't missed a game this year

Keilor well and truly gave westmeadows a true welcoming party to div 1. It is sad that with the system the edfl have introduced that westmeadows may make the finals ahead of craigieburn. Imagine if hitch and mo played??

Read my question first instead of jumping down my throat. Why would they fix it?? There was no offence meant by my question, I am just interested in why any coach/team manager would "fix"something like who kicks goals.

I don't think EDS are the only side to be ravaged by injuries. As much as I think keilor will go close to winning the flag I do not believe they have been hit hard by injuries. I'm aware that west coburg have lost a few and abers have a multitudinous amount of decent players out also.

Really interesting after first 7 rounds.
I have seen all teams play this year and I believe Keilor are the best all round team, with most depth and have played quite a few games without Hitch & Mo, which shows they are not totally depending on them and ensuring the other players are stepping up. Come finals time though I think EDS will still be the most dangerous, but only if Rayner and Caluzzi play extremely well during finals, as I don't think they have the depth to match top teams without those two boys being best two players on the ground. Still unsure on Abers & WC.

I think Mazzeo will be back in a few weeks time?
Furnari and Klaromenos both have hamstring problems I think

Don't underestimate McBean, Balta, Sir, Cappaletti, Brookes,Scully,Riboni , Furnari
and others.EDS has plenty of depth they just need to put it together. I think they will be forced to lift with Caluzzi out, we will see.
Keilor a top side and Abers but EDS deserved favorites still with much upside in my opinion.

I believe Cam can kick a bag full of goals but will be interesting to see who is going to put it out to him lace up now that Ben is out for 6 weeks. Cam is probably in the top 4 in the comp definately behind hitch and caluzzi and possibly behind mo. Still a gun but caluzzi makes him a better player.
