GEELONG CATS!
There were reports that both bomber thompson and brent moloney were very emotional when bomber had to deliver the news to moloney. to be very honest, i am very sad to see moloney go to melbourne :( . we will miss his long penatrating kicks into the forward line and his grunt and overall attack on the footy. just a matter of interest but has bomber actually commented publicly about moloney's departure?

although i do agree that ottens is a much required addition to our forward/ruck stocks i fear that we have paid a heavy price for him.

surely spriggs is worth something... isn't he?

Lets hope beamer comes back at the end of next year ;)

yea, Bomber did comment on getting rid of Moloney. He sounded very sad about it as well. He said it was an extremely hard decision and one that he never wanted to make as Moloney has done everythign right and was an integral part of the team but then said they had to make these sorts of decisions to gain a player such as Ottens etc.

And as for Spriggs .... I wouldn't have taken him for free

Nah, they're too busy living in dreamworld to have much useful to say ;)

Shame to see Moloney go - but the fact of the matter is we have a gun midfield anyway that can still improve a ********eload - with James Kelly back in the side, and perhaps even Enright, it'll be good with or without Moloney in the guts.

be kind... Bitchmond supporters are still crying because they lost ottens.

All we can hope for is that Moloney has a terrible year next year plagued by injury and Melbourne see it as a favour on our behalf to take him back off them. Other than that I cant see him comming back to the cats as much as id like him to
