Billy better as a permanent forward if Charlie D has only a couple of years left?

Will Billy be part of a deal for Lycett?
 
If the club adopts the mantra of no "d-heads" can we resurrect SPP by virtue of our "brothers"straightening him out?
Is he a "dont argue" one trick pony with poor disposal skills-an inside mid who can be overtaken by Atley and surplus to requirements.
 
Why did all these players go backwards this year? Do we have more than normal under 28 year old players that go backwards.

I just look at our squad and it's filled with talent. yet we have a game plan that doesn't work and body shapes that don't reflect that of the top sides.

we are miles off unless we acknowledge this issue and do something about it.
