Essendon Abusing

I just want to let you know that I am refusing to read all your jealous posts about Essendon. Until the real season starts I refuse to get into slanging matches for the Ansett Cup , what a waste of time !

I would like to add that it is an honour for our great club to see all the abuse and jealousies directed towards us as it proves that we are a great team if you lot of dole bludging losers have to abuse us for the unimportant ansett cup ! You must be desperate, but I guess Collingwood supporters never win themselves so the only joy they get in football is at all the successful teams when they lose. JEALOUSY is its name. But the bottom line is this - what goes around comes around and I reckon there will be some nervous pies fans tonight, because if they lose to West Coast( a team that WILL finish in the bottom 4 on the ladder) payback will be served in big footy !

You see, easty, you are right, the ansett cup isn't really important...but we deserve to have a go at you because this time last year (or maybe a little earlier) I was copping it everywhere from Bomber fans during the Ansett cup about hey great they were and how they were going to win both flags blah blah blah...blah blah blah blah...blah blah blah. And I'm sure all the non bomber fans know what I mean.

So it seems that the Bombers want it both ways.....brag a helluva a lot if we are playing well in it (the Ansett Cup) - call it the most insignificant piece of crap ever if we are getting out butts kicked (such as this year!)

Anyway, go those blue boys and bring on Round 1 (of the prem. season of course!)!

You could be right JUBJUB, 4 weeks wasn't it. The Essendon players made a pact that they would win the Ansett Cup for Longy so he would be available for round 1.

Some pact, sounds like a divided club at Essendon, not to many have wanted to do it for Longy the last two weeks.

One good year in the last 8. Until you are consistently playing in finals and grand finals you are just another premiership team for that particular year.

They seem to be getting a few at the moment - and if the trend keeps up - it will make things very interesting. I'm not doubting their first 22 are first class (who can?), but past that, I don't think that their list is THAT strong. Henneman, McVeigh, McAlister, Bolton etc haven't convinced me yet that they can take up the slack if others go down. It remains to be seen. Now, is that too hard for you to understand - fool?

Did you know that the &^*$^#4 Bombers lost to a Geelong team without Hocking, Mcgrath, Kilpatrick etc.
That shows that the Cats have some real depth in their entire 40 player list unlike Shagendon. I bagged Geelong before but at least i am safe in the knowledge that almost any player in our list can be replaced from one of our top up players .Peter Street looks promising and i like the way young Joel Corey plays. No Fletcher, No Hird NO ESSENDON NO FLAG
