Finished this game today after 25 hours. The ending was so sudden too me and i really didn't see it coming. I am annoyed as i saved just before it ended meaning i could not return to the game. I was also no where near finished exploring as well as i was only up too level 16. Probably going to play through again as a pure evil character.
Did you do any side quests?
I think the DLC is out on xbox now, at least you can purchase and send it to you're xbox to download through xbox.com. I'm still waiting for the PC version, which should be out tommorow. Is anyone playing the DLC yet?
Any chance of the DLC ever coming too PS3?
I read an article recently where Bethesda said there was pretty much no chance the PS3 would be getting any Fallout 3 DLC.
BTW, I thought there were three DLC installments? With the big one coming in March.

Understandable, FO3 has been nothing but trouble for PS3. I've heard reports the game has actually burnt the blue-ray laser because of the constent freezes which occur. I've stopped playing it for this reason.
Awesome game! Wish you could level above 20, heard that future DLC will increase this, hopefully with fresh perks.
According to Bethesda the answer is no, you won't be able to go back into the game, you'll just be able to play the DLC nothing from the original game.I know the DLC will give a new ending, but will it allow you to play on after the game ends?
Makes sense. Given how the game ended (for me anyway) it'd be pretty ridiculous if you could just continue on.
I mean, its pretty final.
Just like the Mass Effect DLC, i'm guessing its most likely slot in as part of the game. Fallouts a game that deserves multiple playthroughs anyway, so not really a big deal
