How's everyone structuring their squad (in terms of positions)? I'm thinking ...

Goalkeepers: 2
Right Backs: 2
Left Backs: 2
Centre Backs: 4
Defensive Midfielders: 2
Attacking/Centre Midfielders: 4
Wide Midfielders: 4
Strikers: 5

2 keepers, 1 LB, 1 RB, 1 versatile fullback, 4 CBs, 2 DMs, 3 CMs, 8 attacking midfield/wing hybrids, 3 strikers.

I would have thought structuring squads was completely up to the individual.

I might have 7 CB's on the bench.

Ha, still haven't completed the starting 11.

I think it's solid but far from the best. I like the defence (so far) but the central midfielders seem a bit weak.

They're both holding type midfielders with good passing abilities and creativity.... Would be comfortable with those 2 sitting back in center midfield and controlling the game and the 4 attacking players pushing up... But I have someone in mind for my subs bench if I needed to change it.

I'd actually put Defour on the field (He and Alonso holding), send Marchiso to the bench, play Sanchez behind Berbatov as a lone striker and play Eto and Nani on either side in a 3 man forward setup.

Not a bad option actually, wasn't sure about defour or marchisio first but thought the latter was bit more of a holding type.

it's not really what I'd want Alonso doing if it were me.

That formation will get destroyed in FM.

Must have genuine partnership in midfield. 2 CMs, 2 DMs or 1 CM / 1 DM.

Good team, but needs to be re-organised.

I could go for a flat 4-4-2 but Jovetic/Kaka shouldn't drop too deep. Or maybe switch Lopez wide, Kaka central and drop Diego to play another DM in a 4-2-3-1?

Anyway just provisional for now, hopefully can pick some quality later on.

SM9 and I discussed it, but we decided to just let people pick their squads and then have the league.

Maybe a mid-season (January-esque) transfer window?

- New randomized draft order
- Everyone gets to bump their squad from 25 to 30
- Players can engage in trades (max 3 per team?)
