as good as it was to win yday we might get dealt a very bad dra in the finals, looks like it will be melb first up and then most likely 2 away games in a row with a prem against the eages if we get that far, could be to our advantage to even drop next weeks game and finish 8th as we would then play the kangs, then saints both in melb then an away prem against swans or adel.

i guess u just need abit of luck with the draw, lets hope the kangs drop there last 2 and finish 6th.

It's up to the Cats themselves to write their own destiny. They don't want to be relying on the results of any other games because that'll get them nowhere. They need to keep winning because I think they can beat anyone anywhere if they're focussed and confident.

Whats wrong with playing Melbourne first up? And in no way do want to drop next weeks game, we NEED confidence and some form going into the finals, not dropping games so we then hopefully get easier games early in the finals.

Ideally, we would want to finish 5th so we dont have to travel to Subi for a prelim, but if i finish 6th i will still be happy that we are playing finals.

We will all just sit here wondering what happened after being 7-2 (i think) and then 10-6...

Thats looking more and more likely now haha. I no it would be better to finish 5th or 8th, but i dont want to drop a game to finish in our desired spot. Id rather beat richmond and steal 5th spot if you dont mind

Def agree with playing Melbourne ova Bulldogs.. But please can we not get ahead of ourselves here?? Playin this team ova that team in PRELIMS??!?! HOw about we win our elimination final first!!! We r desperate for a Hawks win as the Saints would finish 3rd and we would get them in the 2nd week

Or a Blues win over the Kangs means we would finish 5th and get the Saints in the 2nd week
