Sydney will do the Everitt trade early. Similar to Richards last year, they don't usually stuff around.

Sydney don't usually stuff around because they usually don't mind giving up their first rounder. With the apparent quality of this draft, Roos has said they won't be giving #15 up. I believe him. Sydney can also argue that the Hawks only believe Spider has one year left in him; why should Sydney give up a first rounder for him?

It will be #33 plus a player, or something like that.

Just hope we get some action this year.

I hope the Aker and Everitt deals are done early, otherwise trade week will be another let down. The clubs involved have had months to get these deals organised, they should be pretty far down the track in negotiations.

Having said that, I think the big deal which will hold up trade week is Tarrant. He will hold the attentions of Freo, WC, Cats and Sydney who will be looking to do his stuff first. He will also affect if Polak leaves Freo or not. Also WC are shopping around their first rounder which has alot of clubs interested with this draft coming up. I'm worried that the Pies will do their usual **** and hold up the Tarrant deal until the last minute and as per usual that deal along with 10 others will fall flat on their face Friday arvo becuase there was no time.
