I’d challenge anyone to identify the wood fired pizza in a blind taste test with a normal gas oven one. They’re the same.

I think it comes down to how much topping is on it as much as anything. The wood fired is often more selective while the gas oven has shìt piled all over it.

I’d happily pay more to get less.
