CHAMPIONS GALORE

What's this then? Lead by A Bit High , Chelsea won a fourth straight title in the Premier League.
I also played for them.

pantskyle 's Sweet FA Academy finished a respectable 14th - they are on an upwards trend.

It came down to the last game and a Draw to Bayern, meant that Leverkusen's victory was enough to win the title for GN80 and the rest of his team mates.

Paris St. Germain wanted to make amends for last seasons 2nd place in Ligue 1 and they did just get over the line over AS Monaco as the competition proved to be just between 2 teams as there was a massive gulf of 33 points between 2nd and 3rd.
Not that this bothered Andonis1997 , HaroLad , Fryer Tuck and Thatsapaddlin as they won another title.

Another close finish, but despite a last week draw, Real Madrid, who featured Noobz0r and JT_the_Man , won a fourth straight title over Athletico who finished 2nd for the 6th straight season.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Manchester United finished 3rd in the Premier League, but they made there way through to the Final of the Champions League against Paris St. Germain - who finally took there French dominance to the big stage.

Eight players from the Sweet FA Academy were involved in this game, a record not featuring the actual Academy.

Golumless , Blacky and dennis crumpet all started on the pitch for Manchester United, while SM was on the bench.
Likewise, PSG had three Academy starters in Fryer Tuck , Andonis1997 and Thatsapaddlin , while HaroLad was a substitute.

An 83rd minute goal to PSG's Alex Grimaldo was the only score, meaning PSG finally did it and won the Champions League.

GOLD CUP 2023

GN80 and dennis crumpet looking to go back to back in the Gold Cup.
They didn't impress in the Group stages, but they still made it to the next stage with a win and 2 draws...

The quarter final went as expected, with Mexico winning 3-1 despite GN80 and Dennis starting on the bench.

USA were looking to make amends for a disappointing World Cup and previous Gold Cup and took on Mexico. The game went to penalties with no one troubling the scorers...
Dominating the possession and shots on goals meant nothing as Mexico succumbed in a penalty shootout.

TRANSFERS AND CONTACTS

Only one move in this off season with Noobz0r moving back to England after a couple of successful seasons as a bit player for Real Madrid.
The under-utilised midfielder has found a spot with Quivorir at Liverpool...

Another 9 Sweet FA Academy players signed 5 year contracts, meaning around 18 of them are signed for the next four seasons or more - expect minimal movement as each player reaches their peak in therm of playing ability.

END OF SEASON 2023/24

With 12 games to go, it appeared Chelsea were heading towards an incredible 5th straight Premier League title as they had an eight point lead at the start of February. However, 4 draws and a loss in the next 12 were enough to lose enough points to a rampant Manchester United, who won there last 13 games.
They ended up with a six point lead and the title went to the Red Devils and first league trophies for Sweet FA quartet SM , Golumless , Blacky and dennis crumpet

pantskyle and his Sweet FA Academy may have none of the original players, but they have created history by qualifying for Europa by finishing 7th.

Dortmund, Leverkusen and Bayern all feature Sweet FA players and all have won titles in the last eight seasons - however none of these sides could contain the Red Bull side which easily took out their first ever title.

Ligue 1 has turned into a competition with only two teams vying for the title.
Incredibly both PSG and AS Monaco collected over 100 points for the season, while in third spot, Olympique Lyonnais could only manage 67 points - a massive 40 points away from eventual Champion Paris Saint-Germain.
This gave Thatsapaddlin , HaroLad , Fryer Tuck and Andonis1997 yet another title.

JT_the_Man and Real Madrid won 16 of the last 17 games to overcome a small deficit to overcome Athletico Madrid and win a 5th straight La Liga title.

And thanks to an Andonis1997 - PSG won a second straight Champions League title...
