Wooller beat Higgins in the BnF for Oakleigh.

I'm a fan of Wooller. Hope we draft him, he is better than Josh Battle from last year. I think he will be a good recruit.

He ran 6min32secs on the 2km time trial, not bad for a big fella. Interested to know his sprint times.

Well if we look at it like this....
2017 was on around $600k. Cats say look around but we will pay you $400k if you stay. Basically it's up to the others to give him a much better deal, especially the Suns as team success won't be there. Can't be too much coin at the SA teams though especially if Port get a few of their targets.

So it may be Geelong at $400-$450, Crows or Port at $500 or Suns at $600. Something like that anyway.

Trengove is 500 a year over 3 and 2nd rnd compo.
He might need to be 650-700 for end 1st rnd and only GC would offer that $ imo.

This was my thought too. I hope not though hall is lazy.

Just on Hall, it's difficult I think to get a real feel for what he'd be like in a different environment.

GC hasn't had the best coaching and culture in place. The knock on Dixon was that he was a bit lazy too, look at him after a couple seasons at Port.. he single handedly tried to win them their elimination final against West Coast. Can't help but feel that Matera at Freo or West Coast is going to go on to great things, has plenty of talent. Bennell isn't the best example but then Hall doesn't have Bennell type issues.

Could be a great addition to our relatively one-paced midfield.

Too true Seeds. Danger, Tippett (at the time was very handy), Davis, Gunston etc have been massive losses for them but their recruiting has mainly been top notch.

Credit to them for getting where they are but things are a little loose their at the moment.
