Better stay well clear of Dingley if you are suffering anal trauma, Lethal, it could develop into a really nasty infection in such a toxic environment.
Best get yourself some proper meds, I don't think a bit of cream is going to help

Please take for two weeks, consult a doctor if your sore anus over opposition property investment doesn't ease. Good luck.

I never noticed that they wrote "3 way action" on the Anusol box.

Buying a tip, claiming it'll be the best training facility ever then trying to shake down the local council to pay for it.

Don't forget wanting to rename the Village to Rioli 5mins after buying the land.

What arrogant *s.

Yes, it's called property development. I think there's already wealthy benefactors who want to get in on the ground floor of this thing. Should be a massive and continuous revenue stream. It's the way forward for any team that wants to stay in Melbourne.

Well Hawks do need to find an extra 19m if they want to get rid of pokies. We know they don't though.

Geez, you Bradbury one flag and all of a sudden you can get the council by the nuts. Incredible.
It’s just their way of trying to emulate us is all, I’ve actually lost count of how many times Tiggy flogs have proudly proclaimed to me how they’re “still on track” for 3 in 5 since their embarrassing capitulation to big Cox in the prelim.

At least they know who the benchmark still is. :):thumbsu:

The council has a certain amount of responsibility to make sure the boundaries and access points are up to scratch. Tidying the property boundaries, some landscaping issues, and establishing basic infrastructure as a result of the re-zoning are all elements that the council needs to take care of. We’ll do a lot of that work on their behalf. Unlike the great Cat swindle, there will also be public elements to the project, so the government funding will actually go to the public, not to Frank Costa’s off shore.

The Hawks are undertaking due diligence on the project, which the club says could be up to 10 years away.

Stage 5 of KP will be 5 years old by then and the AFL has probably sent you to the Gold Coast.

At least you'll have the land.

At least we won’t be in Geelong

What public elements? In fact what is the local population figure out there?

There will be public access to certain parts of the complex and some of the fields, because there will be more than just one, will be used for public purposes

So the complex is public property..?

Owned by hawthorn, who will generously make parts of the complex available to the public. A utopia of sorts
Wow, opening yourselves up to all kinds of trouble there. Think of the lawsuits when everyone begins contracting toxic diseases and giving birth to deformed kids.

They’ve been getting away with it for years across the bay. See a few posts above
