Fisherman is one word for it.I suspect he is a professional fisherman with the amount of bait he throws out!
Taking a kid from a 75 peak to a 92 peak is an achievement in a number of weeks. Bont was not a strong or muscly fella before he entered that program.
But sure, you know better than a lecturer of exercise physiology at deakin.

Haha if you can only press 80kg/176lb your a weak maleSurely you're taking the piss? Most basic strength training programs will allow you to improve your bench by 10kg in 2-3 weeks when it's at novice levels, which 70kg is.
70kg is a poor bench press for a post-pubescent male. You know what else is? 80kg.

You funny doctor jonesUmm...okay. Very insightful contribution.
So 70kg to 80kg is now 75kg to 92kg? Wow, the details are changing rapidly between your posts! Also, could you be any more ambiguous? "A number of weeks" could mean anything. Also, no one in the fitness industry would say "peak", they would say "max". It's pretty apparent that your tale is absolute rubbish.
Bont wasn't a "muscly fella" when he arrived at the Bulldogs either. Actually he seemed to put on the entirety of his current bulk during the offseason between 2014-2015. Before that he appeared very scrawny and weak. Obviously our conditioning staff did a much better job than your friend.
That's what bont was before he played at northern knights. A weak skinny teenager. His first season at the dogs when he was extracting it from packs we weren't making that observation.Haha if you can only press 80kg/176lb your a weak male
My point was 80kg for the average male is a respectable bench pressThat's what bont was before he played at northern knights. A weak skinny teenager. His first season at the dogs when he was extracting it from packs we weren't making that observation.
These last few posts are too heavy for me.
What the hell and I reading..
Sorry mate I could have laid MY OPINION with basis in fact out clearer to you but I was too busy giggling at that mirror selfie..I know that shirt was from an op-shop but I still think you should return it.
I've deleted my posts that i believe were pointless. I don't believe our fitness team and spending in that area is up to AFL standard.I'm with Scragga here. If you look at his injuries, all are a direct result of incidents'. Thumb injury certainly not a result of how much he weighs, foot injury very similar to Toby McLean, rolling an ankle not a weight issue, shoulder op just a clean out end of season surgery.
He has been much heavier before and played out full seasons.
Also taking a dig at someone's appearance is very low around here. Be better than that.
What the hell happened to Marcus Adams.
Always reported as a foot injury, then he uploads this to his Instagram.
He's obviously done for the season - would it be so hard for the Dogs to actually tell us.
I can't believe it was close to off the bonePartial tears are actually harder to rehab than full tears I believe. They reported it was torn partially off the bone, so not just a typical strain.
JJ had a full tear. Makes a fair difference if it is partially attached or not at all. His run through were low intensity, that would have given them an the knowledge to rule him out for rest of the game. They may not have known how bad until scans tho.I can't believe it was close to off the bone
He was running run throughs after the injury trying to get back on
Surely an injury that severe would've been picked up immediately like JJs, who needed trainers to carry him off the field
No he didn'tJJ had a full tear.
OK, we'll in any case JJ's was worse. Jack was back on the track within two weeks, JJ wasn't.
Mate - very sorry to hear.Another Bulldogs injury guys...
My dog Link has ruptured his acl. Poor bugger will be out of action for 6-8 weeks.
Funnily enough the op they use on dogs is quite similar to LARS.Mate - very sorry to hear.
Has Link considered LARS? Would have him catching Frisbee's Prelim final weekend?
