Who of Cousins, McDougall and Seaby do you think will be available for the Round 3 Derby?

Would love to have all of them back, especially with Gardiner likely to miss.

Some tough calls to be made, depending on who is fit. Seaby for Gardiner would be the only obvious move.

I think Cousins will pretty much insist on playing no matter the state of his finger, and I think Seaby will be available.

Very tough call on the outs, although Lynch still aint a FF's bollocks, I actually think he played a bloody good backup ruck game.

My guess, In: Cousins, Seaby
Out: Gardiner... ...Nicoski? Actually I have no idea, one of Butler, Nicoski or Selwood would be hard done by.

I'd say out of Selwood, Butler and Nicoski that Butler might be the unfortunate one to get dropped, since Nicoski had a good game last night and Woosha loves Selwood, but none of them deserve to be dropped

Jones got alot of the ball but he was only average for Claremont. He won't be back this week.

i think if cousins comes back then butler will be the most likely to get the chop. he would be stiff but i think he is below selwood and nicoski.

i dont know what to do with lynchy. he seems like a lost man at FF, he played well at times during the wizer but hasnt looked near it during the first 2 rounds.

gardy's replacement will be seaby (if fit) if not then grayham. or possibly doogs but seening as he didnt play for the demons on the weekend then he would have to be doubtful.

I reckon we should give Big Q a run in the WAFL let him get some confidence under his belt. I think he needs to know that sub standard efforts wont keep him in the team. ATM it seems he can play ******** and he's almost guaranteed to be in the 18 the next week. He needs to earn his spot and I think dropping him would be the best option for both the team and Quinten.
As for the derby, you'd say Cousins and Seabs are near definite ins and maybe Grayam or Doogs.

McDougall is underdone and I think he could be found out with his fitness. Would be a risk to bring him in for the derby. I would give him a run in the WAFL.

Would love to have el capitan back, but doubt he will get up. Seaby would be my next prefered option to take a place.
Cox tore Sandilands a new one in the preseason, but he's carried the bulk of the workload for 2 games straight now and i fear he will be burnt out soon. He also has a good set of hands which will also give us another target in the forward line.

Agreed. Cox is going to start wearing down soon, if Seabs doesnt come up, Grayam should be brought in to help Coxy out.

Saw Cousins on the news today, he is training with the main group but he was only taking one handed marks which is a concern. But its still only monday so there is plenty of time for him to get up.

Cousins would have to be extremely doubtful at this stage if the footage I saw tonight was anything to go by.

And why is Wooden so out of favour at the moment? Surely he's close to being in our best 22.

Cousins does look really doubtful but outside of finals, these are the games the players live for. Cousins will WANT to play! Hopefully he will.

Not sure on Wooden how is his WAFL form in the first couple of weeks?

Wooden would have to be getting close to getting a game - his form in the WAFL has been good

I actually have him in my best 18, he's a true winger who runs like the wind and can kick it a mile....

Lynch gives us a physical presence - I wouldn't drop him. Play him back and staker forward.

McDougall trained 'strongly' according to The West. Could we bring an extra tall for the game? If we have Doogs and Seaby in, what do we do with Lynch?

Would he be in danger of being dropped?

He did do pretty well in the ruck on the weekend. Definately looked more comfortable when he was getting kicks further up the ground.
