I reckon easily. Travis Tuck was publically stoned and coincidently it was his 3rd strike. I wonder if he was never seen in public, if he would've been given his 3rd strike or even received his first.

Thats it really. I had my suspicions that the only time we will see a third strike is when it is public. It's the AFL's get out of jail free card. You * up publicly, they play the 3rd strike and it appears as though you were in their sights the whole time. Even if you are still getting group hugs because of your second strike.
