Its only a matter of time before the upmires etc, will incorrectly influence the result of a massive game which will turn the AFL on its head.
What if that was lets say a preliminary final last Sat night with the premiership favorites losing by a point. It wouldn't suprise me at all that the result would end up in some tribunal or even court? I'm not sore for collingwood for their season has been mediocre at best but I'm sore that official stuffed in a big way and the AFL has got means to prevent this stupidity yet they don't. What I predict will happen is alot of technology will be introduced once after....and only after a colosal stuff up has been made.
Please I pray it doesn't happen to the Pies as I can only stand so much of Eddie and we need Mick in good nick. Essendon would be my choice....as Sheedy the master wordsmith would cause a riot.
