Jaeger O'Meara

Oddly enough I did watch a documentary stating that for the initial invasion of France many of the important German troops were on something similar to meth.

The US airforce has been a long term amphetamine user dating back to WWII, and are apparently still using them on current missions.

The brand name for the Nazi meth was "Pervitin", which seems an unfortunate choice.

Think Hawthorn supporters need to temper their expectations a bit. Success would be to have an injury free season, regardless of how he performs. His body still needs to get used to playing at the speed of AFL level. If he remains injury free, then I'd expect him to perform well next year.

His recruitment has to be viewed in the long term and not the short term. The media and supporters need to provide him the space to take the time that he needs instead of putting unnecessary pressure on him.

can I enquire as to why you're posting a picture of O'Meara from 2015 preseason when he was still at the Gold Coast?

Is there any relevance at all to O'Meara 3 years later, or is it just your standard, run of the mill homo-erotic obsession (not that there's anything wrong with that)?

It's a tad ironic, wouldn't you agree, in a bumped thread about how fit O'Meara is looking and how well he will then go this year, to post a picture of a ripping O'Meara just before he went down for 2 years with a knee injury?
To be fair, I think he still looks that good. Says a guy who often googles Chris Tarrant to look at his impressive arms with a desire to somehow achieve that myself!

Lol, We still had pick 10 that draft but ****** it by picking Melksham.

The pick 16 was all part of the Williams/Port/Lovett trade and we ended up with Carlisle from it, could have been much worse. Like swapping 2 years of picks for for a bloke with shares in body tape
Hey! I like Melksham. We paid pick 25 for him!

In Vietnam, the American soldiers often gave themselves away because they wore aftershave.

Can't wait for RUNVS to pretend he doesn't know what this is so you have to explain it.

I know what it is, but he is a changed man now in a committed relationship. It is what happens when a player leaves the Hawks and joins the Swans. Before joining the Swans Ben McGlynn was part of a fight club and Luke Brennan was constantly spray painting massive penises on the sides of trains.

Luke Brennan's autobiography Superbad is underrated, especially for the artwork at the end

Rumour has it they were life size self portraits. Another of our failed top 10 picks. One wonders if the recruiters got excited and failed to notice Jared Brennan had already gone at number 3, and thought they were getting a steal when they picked up a Brennan with their 8th pick. Would make sense given the selection was seen as a surprise at the time.

Is O'Meara to be or not to be? That is the question. Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and taunts on BigFooty, or to gird the knee against its sea of troubles, and by trolling bend them

This may be a footy forum, but there’s no point quoting “Home & Away”.

The River Boys have a lot to answer for.
