Mike just said on 3aw Sports Today that Jesse White is to play for Collingwood in 2041

What are sydney fan's thoughts? Will it be a big loss to you guys or any gain for us?

He'll be 53 in 2041? That's the longest AFl contract ever, right? Bravo Collingwood. That's commitment.

What are we getting?

Loss for you guys, I'm pretty sure he'll be retired by the time 2041 comes around ;)

To b honest, i hope it works out for Jesse and you guys. You gys have slipped so far down my hated clubs list you barely register. Essendon and Hawthorn have you guys covered for years to come.

Bucks seems to be implementing a Leading Teams environment, same as has served Sydney well, so he should fit in well into the culture. He'll get good service from your midfield, so he should do well. Kind of like a Chris Dawes that can take a mark, or a Lynch that moves around putting in effort. Should really straighten you guys up, and will be a good get.

He is much better than a late second/3rd rounder we are going to get.

we have pick 27

What is he? I've seen him a bit and he have a lot of pace for a guy who weights 110 kilos. What role could he play for collingwood?

Hmm. I'd say all the Swans are in line for is the bonus of cap space after ending of a relatively expensive contract with Jesse. Hope I'm wrong.

Can you please tell me what kind of role he could play for us? I've only seen him a bit, a fairly quick forward who is better ground that in the air as it seems.

His role will be to provide Pies fans endless shits and giggles whenever he kicks goals for you against Adelaide. :D

Well you know the role Dawes and Lynch played for you.

Think that but with less skill and more fade outs. Appalling in the ruck at AFL level.

On a bright note can kick a goal and still has a chance to improve.

On current form worth high second rounder. On what he has produced for the majority of his career I hope you are only offering a small pack of twisties. If you had the family size in mind that would be overs.

Not a fan of him as you can see. The word potential has been used so many times around him he probably answers to it.

Is a ripping bloke though having met him once. Real genuine guy and I wish him all the best and hope to see him tear us a new one whilst going down by a point.

To be honest he would have struggled to get a game next year if we are injury free and I hope he can get a fresh start and do well.

All the best.

196cm 102KG will prob play CHF and pinch hit on the ruck and will allow u guys to send Reid back to defence where he belongs

Mate!

We gave you guys Rhyce Shaw for Luke Rounds.

Rounds played like 3 games and was not that good!!

HEY!!!

Rounds was awesome sauce when we traded him to you.

it must have been your system that broke him :p

We could give you guys pick 27. Sounds good, turns 26 next year (prime age) so hopefully he could be valuable.

I imagine he's a straight up replacement for Lynch. He's not a full forward like Cloke.

He''s been playing a bit higher up near the 50m arc. He can take a mark on the lead, and is quite quick, and is ok below his knees, but doesn't seem to take many contested marks (i seem to remember one player saying he takes loads of contested marks at training, but this doesn't seem to translate to gameday). This year he's really upped his workrate, so hopefully he keeps that up for you. He's started contesting well this season, attacking a pack a bit stronger, and generally manages to bring the ball to ground. I imagine he'll work very well with your smalls like Elliot, who will crumb his work.

Average kick.
