McCreadie wil be one of the steals of the draft very composed tall only his 2nd outing and has show a good skill set and looks a natural for a young tall great effort.

Marchbank looks decent. Not as tall as I thought and kicking a bit erratic but should turn out a decent defender to take the third tall.

Pickett looked good also. Not sure he will ever have the tank to play wing where he would be most damaging but has the talent to kick goals so may not matter. Consistency would be his objective this year.

Not sure what Weitering is doing up forward. 1 goal in two games suggests he's better down back reading the play. I wonder if Bolton will set him the challenge this year of playing on a teams best forward.

He's doing what his coach tells him to do. He's only 19 and will be 19 all year. He's fine, nobody is worried about his development, he's well ahead of most at his age.

Well yeah of course he's doing what the coach tells him to do. Would have thought that Bolton would be hoping he would develop into a defender that plays on the most dangerous opposition forward though and give Harry Mackay and Charlie Curnow a crack up forward.

First of all, it is a preseason match. While they will try, do you honestly think they are going to full on throw their bodies around during a match that isn't as important and risk the chance of being unavailable for a match that is?

Secondly, White and Thomas I agree would be best to move aside for others, but moving on Ed Curnow will only make us worse and that is a fact. You worry too much about skill and forget about commitment and communication. He is a club leader coming of the best season of his career and you are immediately judging him from a bunch of warm-up games. Pedantic kicking is the least of our worries. Besides, he has admitted he wants to rectify that area of his game. Whether it takes time is another story.

Thirdly, why on Earth would Carlton need to be in a hurry to rush SPS into our line-up? Is it because he was pick 5? No, he plays in the VFL first and comes in a little later. He has to earn his spot and not be gifted it.

Finally, once again you are judging someone harshly when it isn't necessary. Murphy is coming of a heavily managed program following a season ending ankle injury from last year. Maybe wait about 4 to 6 weeks into the season before you talk nonsense about the skipper. It is a relief that you are not the manager of the list if you continue to think this way.
