Neither...taggers are a blight on the game along with flooding and gameplans based on backward chipping.

I much prefer a player who can beat their opponent 1 on 1 i.e Judd, Kerr, Black etc... rather than one who resorts to negating-man handling-anti attacking tactics to make up for a lack of; pace, skill and/or football ability. i.e. Rawlings, Ling, Baker

Kane Cornes only averages 28 disposals a game. Kane does both. The only good tagger in the comp.

Ling and Baker are cheap pricks.

Ling easily.

The poll states who is a better tagger... Ling has kept virtually every dangerous opponent to single figure stats this year. I recall he kept Kerr to 0 touches for a half earlier in the year.

As a player, I'd go with Ling also. He has kicked 25 or something goals this year, and has shown that he can get a ton of touches (2006) when only applying a loose tag, ala Cornes.

Kane Cornes is just about the only tagger that plays within the rules.

He doesn't go around hitting and punching people behind play, doesnt get his cheap hits in every time the player gets the ball etc.

He also gets lots of his own touches, and lately has been very damaging with them
