Andrew Bosely seems a little low? I would imagine the lions would consider him with our 2nd round pick, and especially if we get a extra priority pick...the lions must find a tall defender amongst other needs

On recent form looks very likely to get drafted. Hearing and reading that he will go high end.

Must have seen some of his less good games because he hasn't stood out as he has to others.

Will be taking a closer look at his games and will review my rating of him over coming weeks.

Its hard to see the lions passing on a quality mid with the 1st pick, but I wonder if they will take the punt and grab Talia to secure a quailty tall back for the future...now that rockliff, redden, polec, rich, harwood have sign contract extensions?

Yeah Tyson is a quality mid I would compare him to Black, I would take Tyson with our first pick and Bosley with a second. I have always rated bosley pretty highly, Might even take him with our first pick because he is a ranga

Will be interesting to see how GWS approach it. Might go for some combination of trading + keeping.

Targets aren't clear and without the top end quality in the state leagues this year they likely aren't going to get much currency in return which almost makes it look likely that they draft a couple and try something a little different to Gold Coast.

At pick 8 it looks likely to be a mid/Elton.
If you go mid at 8 then can probably afford to add a couple of KPPs. Dobosz, Paine, Mihocek could be some of those looked at. Maybe a value option if a Taylor Adams or Shane Nelson slide into the 2nd round.

Wouldn't pick Talia inside the top 10. Better talents up the top end. If go KPP Elton looks like the pick at this stage.

Dobosz had a 7 goal haul (3 goal assists) on Sunday. Granted ordinary competition against lowly Hobart.

Spotted a few recruiters in the stands who would have been impressed with his performance. Pretty much showed all his skills, except for the soccer goal.

Certainly would not have done his reputation any harm!

Probably not huge value for KPPs this year so Richmond might look for some good ball using type tall mids.

Best use the compo pick in 2012. Will be a VERY STRONG draft. 1st round will be very strong and the 2nd round also looks very good.

About a month ago, I ranked my top 15 genuine midfielders and Sexton featured at #11. Had he not been taken by the Gold Coast, I fully expect he would gone inside the top 20 and probably would have impressed at the draft testing and interview stage to maybe push his stock up even higher.

Probably under rate many of the QLDers off the poor championships.

Admittedly haven't payed the attention to many of the QLDers this year since quality is lacking somewhat. NSW+NT boys same. So will leave many of those to the better judges who have seen more of them.

good to see rory laird in your draft. real good player, i worry he wouldnt interview well and he seems to play footy real casually, but there is certainly talent there and he's worth a shot definitely. also jacob carger is a right footer

Yagmoor I think is good enough to go in the main draft but wouldn't be an early selection.

Probably more of a slight a taller Harry O'Brien.

Like their games. Thought both showed a bit during the champs and are worth a shot late/rookie.

The thing to remember with the KPPs is that outside of Patton there is a long list of ok KPPs, but no other super standouts like in some years gone past.

Most likely as a rookie. Chance as a late draft option.

Talent is there and has showed plenty of promise this year, but is that little bit older so not sure clubs will be prepaired to pay all that much for him.

Saw the Bushies play Eastern last week and was super impressed with Crisp and Reeves from the losing team.
Crisp looks like he can run and tackle all day...he's a good size and can take a good grab.
Reeves might not be the tallest ruckman but he certainly knows his craft.
I've seen these blokes a couple of times and they have been consistant.

Can you tell me more about McInnes? I know little other than he is athletic and highly rated but he has been injured throughout most of the year. What's his disposal like and when fully developed who would you compare him to at AFL level?
