Presumably Trump was talking about the Ebola outbreak which was at its peak in about October 2014, and killed a total of 2 people in the US, or 0.002% of the current US coronavirus death toll.

He makes up for it with deft use of his feet, master of the toe poke. Golf is a game where you have to self regulate, Trump is a renown cheat, it is indicative to how he operates in all facets of his life.
