Im sick of this bloke, seriously, every single Monday when the paper comes out all I read about is Fremantle playing poorly, or Fremantle making wrong moves or him just bad mouthing our players!

I seriously have't seen a "The Game" go by without him critizing the Dockers. Sure, he is a journalist and they all arew critical at some stages, but he just takes it too far.

In today's "The Game", he pretty much called us "slow" for taking 18 rounds to get a win like this (the derby). Now, c'mon, the day after the Derby and you still can't write a positive article? What's wrong with you?

im not so devo we lost to fremantle. just mainly the fact that we lost. and im not sure if you saw the roos on sat night. i would say our game next week is a 50-50 so i doubt we'd get smashed.

and to your first point...do you not agree that you would rather we came on this forum bleating how you will make the finals...suck it in, it hurts

has anyone else noticed how much diggers betting on the pregame sucks. he uses the terms "enticing" "juicy" "too good to ignore" and "guilt edged" in every weeks edition. not to mention his fantastic multi's: a 5 legger for a "juicy" $3.25!!!!! (that was last week). and what a surprise, two of those 5 legs lost.

Most of the article was very positive but surely you must agree the above point is pretty valid?

Having said that - I think it was a bit of a "nothing to lose" victory. Suspensions and loses were essentially irrelevant so anything goes.

It is the typical arrogance of WC supporters and the WC media that they think it takes the best Freo can put out (or anyone else for that matter) to defeat them. They must be having a laff !!

I reckon we have played better than that at least 5 times this season and 2 of those we lost (Collingwood and Kangas -especially) to teams that played very well on the day.

Also West Coast are fairly easy beats at present ( 7 losses in last 12 including 3 of last 4 games at Subiaco oval).

Whilst the win was sweet it was not anywhere near our best this season and to say it has taken 18 rounds is typical WC arrogance to avoid their own much more inconsistent form this year ..

Yeah, I haven't seen the article but I have to say that we should have had a few more wins and not been in this position. And it comes down to the players playing soft unaccountable football - which we didn't do on Sunday, but have done so much this year. Its a great win but in the wash up of the year its probably gonna be remembered as too little too late unfortunately.
