Poor conditions mean a scrappy game. Gill took a sensational mark, shame he couldn't finish it off.

Need to cut some slack today with the poor skills... the conditions really are awful.

Doggies have had 80 more disposals than us. We need to get the ball more.

stats wise, we should not even be in this game. 235 disposals to 154. Bulldogs small brigade Cross, Eagleton, Cooney and Gilbee cutting us up. Conditions very much in their favour.

One staggering stat is that we have had only 19 marks for the half. This must be a record low. Not that surprising considering we have been barely able to string 3 or 4 clean possesions together.

I will be stunned if we win this.

We should really get over the line here. I know the Dogs want form going into next week, but there's no real need for them to bust their gut today.

If we lose from here, it's our own fault.

We are coming home to the Northern end in the last.

I'm afraid though we just don't have the skills of the dogs to match them in these consitions. They are so much cleaner. It will only be our effort that keeps us in it.
