These have been going up on every clubs website so I would say it's something that is being forced by the AFL website which would explain why so little effort is put in/everything said is positive.

It's a shame as it would be nice to get some kind of insight into what coaches think players need to improve or the reasons they didn't spend much time in the AFL.

Well, finance is an area we've struggled with in the past, so an expert in that field can only be beneficial for the club (at least it should be).
