Nope

In 3 years from now, our current list of key defenders are

Daw (How will he come back from his injury? Not really a lock down defender anyway)
Durdin (Delisted. Lucky he isn't already.)
Makay (Not sure if he'll make it)
EVW (Injury issues. Slightly undersized for a KPD)

A big F*** You goes to Brad and anyone else at the club that is responsible for this list management :poo::mad:

Agree in some way but remember who is in the pool. This type of draft either meets a need or gives you a free swing at someone who comes with risk. I would think mercurial types are the perfect target as they can be the hardest to get right.

"North Melbourne met with Tipungwuti last week and has warmed to athletic 195cm Werribee forward Jake Riccardi, who has booted 13 goals in seven games in the VFL this season."

Fox has Dickson down for us

PICK 5 - North Melbourne - Lochie Dickson

It has been a big weekend at the North Melbourne Football Club. A win in Brad Scott’s farewell game resulted in the Roos jumping up the ladder, moving from Pick 2 to Pick 5 after their win over the Western Bulldogs.

Could Coburg medium defender Lochie Dickson be considered at their new spot in the order? The 190cm prospect reads the play well behind the ball and can intercept if needed.

The Roos have also been linked with Adam Tipungwuti, the cousin of Essendon’s Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti. The small forward could suit the Kangaroos’ needs.

Snake_Baker sign here - your circa 188cm generic defender has arrived.

STRENGTHS: Agility, defensive work, goal sense, versatility
IMPROVEMENTS: Accumulation, strength, size

Cody Hirst is a player who was regarded as one of Eastern Ranges’ top prospects in 2018, but an injury early in the year, wiped out his season. He recovered in time to test at the Rookie Me Combine where he blitzed Stephen Hill’s agility test record, not once, but twice, with his third attempt just registering outside the record, but still finishing in the top five. Along with his elite agility, Hirst has all the defensive traits to make opposition defenders nervous. He has the defensive pressure – averaging 4.5 tackles per game – and a keen goal sense. He showed prior to his injury he was also flexible enough to play in defence, and that was enough to keep at least one club keen to earn an invite to the combine. He does not win a heap of the football, and he is as skinny as they come at just 61kg in the pre-season and 176cm in height, so he will need to build size and strength, but he has some good attributes to work with should a club select him.
