C'mon man.. you can not tell me you envisage him in our top 6 forwards in the future.. he looks like a good kid who works hard.. but seriously!
Which just proves my point. There is a place in every team for a number of good kids that work hard and plays their role. Take Rupert, our friendly giant. Don't know about his goal kicking but love to see him crunching anyone who dares to run the ball out of the opposition 50. I am not writing him or other debutants off because of a narrow minded tactical mindset.

I suggest you go back to my comments on him from a couple of yrs ago.. i got my head bitten off cause i said the bloke was shit.
If that's the case then you were right.
Regardless, I just don't think Frost has ever been truly rated more than a depth type and a trier.
But to the victor goes the spoils, as you were right some gold stars for you

:star: :star: :star:

There was a frost bandwagon?
Not sure there was

I liked Frost, still think he's go a lot to offer defensively and has some toe and agility. Think we should have persevered with him but that ship has left the dock.

Him, on or off the list to mevis really about a player 35 at best to 45 on our list.
But I always admired his obvious dedication to the cause and play.

That's where your eye fails you.. i watched him very closely.. and his delayed response to a lot of contests was bc he was fearful of contact. Im using my experience of 17 yrs as a soccer player here to judge.. i can pick a cheat.. he was a big one.

Mate if i wanted a player to play the Rupert role in our forward 50 I'd go get a donkey from my dads village in Greece.. there are so many talented kids who can kick goals and there being only 6 positions available in our forward line why the hell would i opt for a donk.

And now Brisbanes problem, the Roar can give him diving training too.

Unfortunately that donkey is also the main public transportation system, so we shall leave that alone, shall we.
So many talented kids that can kick goals. Really. With a bit of training my cat can kick a goal. Kirby is talented. Will he make it? We don’t know. How many of those kids have the attributes to become AFL players? Suddenly that many becomes a lot less.
Let's look at the part of the modern game: pressure.
How many of those talented are then able or even happy to be chasing the ball to exert pressure so others can score.
And if a talented kid is chasing the ball, wouldn't you be thinking what a waste of talent, draft points and training?
Get a donkey that can tackle, with a good set shot and what you perhaps lose on 'talent', spend it more wisely.

No prob. Even if Crocker or Rupert or anyone else won't make it, my opinion won't change that much. Enjoy responsibly :)
