Forget what, exactly? I'm sticking with the facts here. The comparision with Carey is laughable, Carey at a younger age and at present age was light years ahead of him... then you have guys like Whitnall, Hall, Lloyd, Pavlich, Tredrea, Richardson, Rocca, Fevola, Riewoldt, Gehrig... they all have one thing in common. Each one has at least one year of dominance up forward, and an AA jumper. The years in which they dominated is better than Brown has ever done up to date. Most dominant big man since Carey my arse. Then you seperate Pav, Hall, Tredders, Lloyd, Riewoldt and whoever else because they've had multiple years of being on top of their game.

That's why, in a nutshell. As for when it mattered, well, dyertribe already addressed that. But remember, you got to get to the finals first. What you do to get there is considered too (H&A).

Yeah I agree this is why pav will never be considered to be as good as hall and the games premier forward big jono brown. I'm just glad the lions were lucky enough to get a player almost as good as the great carey

You rate him 10-15? i rate him 20-25.....ooh, such a ridiculous discrepency.

I've heard him labelled the number 1 player in the comp, certainly top 3....and thats what I based it on....absolutely stand by it.

Players as tall as Sandilands could get a game playing any number of professional sports, based soley on his height. Players as tall as him don't need skills... But I think his ball skills are pretty good. Definately should not be listed in the 'most overrated player' thread.
