Let's hope that he realises how lucky he is that the club has stuck with him through this disappointing period in his life and he is able to knuckle down and repay the club by his actions and becomes a contributing member of the community.

Another 8kgs puts him at 78kg for a guy just under 180cm .
Assuming he's put on muscle, would 78kg be a reasonable playing weight?

A guy I used to go to school with who went in the can, ended up putting on quite a bit of muscle inside.Great news.
I'm always a bit skeptical about these big bulks players seem to have. 8kg on Newman would be gigantic. Can't all be functional mass, surely.
Though it's still a good thing.

I slept with your missus.Yeah I suppose it does happen.
Maybe I need to go to prison.

Lot of steroids available in jail!
I wonder if he still gets drug tested by ASADA/AFL while in jail?

The food they provide probably wouldn't be the best for putting on lean muscle. You would be limited on when and how much you can eat which would limit how big you could get over a short period of time.Surely there wouldn't be much else to do apart from train all day. Not that I'd know!
It would be pretty basic and healthy thoughThe food they provide probably wouldn't be the best for putting on lean muscle. You would be limited on when and how much you can eat which would limit how big you could get over a short period of time.
EFAA guy I used to go to school with who went in the can, ended up putting on quite a bit of muscle inside his sphincter.

Volume would be the limiting factor though. It would be pretty basic and healthy though
Yeah was about to say the same. Thats interesting isn't it? ...could be Murray Newman's "high altitude training in Arizona". We will have to come up with a better name due to the altitude not being great but I'm sure we could spin some sports science BS like "heavily incarcerated training".
Go directly to jail. Do not pass 'GO', do not collect $200.Lol - send everyone to jail for 4 months over the summer

I wonder if he's been hitting the weights in the prison yard.
