Jones has elevated his status as a heart and soul battler to a genuiune quality midfield in the last few seasons, but Cotchin has far more natural talent.

On the surface, Cotchin the better footballer but if I had to pick one to play with as an overall package, I'd take Jones straight away.
Bit biased I know but imagine Cotchin at the dees for the last 7 years - would not have done what Jonesy's done!
A great leader
