KOPW Title match on the 31st of March. Great-O-Khan and Tonga Loa each offering a situation. There will be a fan vote on twitter later.

Tonga Loa offered up a “King of Kaiju Match”. Much like a classical Texas Deathmatch, the bout will see competitors look to score a pinfall, after which a ten count will be applied, the last standing being the winner.

Great-O-Khan offered up a ‘Rural Revitalization Match in Hamamatsu’. The match will be a ‘two out of three falls’ bout, but with very different interpretations of falls.

Round one will be under ten minute time limit most covers rules. Every pinfall attempt will count as one point in the scenario.

Round two will be an eating contest, with the local specialty of eel being the focus for five minutes.

Round three will see the two connected via a strap with the winner having to touch all four corners consecutively to win.

1st show featuring NJPW, STARDOM, Dragongate, DDT, NOAH and Big Japan.
matches announced so far:
  • Daisuke Sekimoto & Tomohiro Ishii vs. Jeff Cobb & Masa Kitamiya
  • Yuki Ueno, Kaito Kiyomiya & Shota Umino vs. Yuya Uemura, Konosuke Takeshita & Shun Skywalker
  • Naomichi Marufuji, Sanshiro Takagi & Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. HOUSE OF TORTURE (EVIL, Ren Narita & Yujiro Takahashi)
All Japan and TJPW have shows on the same day, so they will be involved in the 2nd show.

Road to Sakura Genesis March 31st note:

Great-O-Khan won the bullrope match in the 3rd fall, touching all 4 corners. Both guys during the 3rd fall were getting hit in the mid section and were pretending to almost throw up due to the eating contest the fall before lol.

Mox and Shota Umino beat Jack Perry and Ren Narita.
Shingo Takagi won the Never Openweight Title from EVIL. Fun match with heaps of interference and 2 fake refs. Then after Gabe Kidd cut a promo saying this company that he loves has become a joke and spit in Tanahashi's face and spit on the mat. He said he wants a future Never Openweight Title shot to bring respect back to the company.
Naito retained the IWGP World Title vs Yota Tsuji in the main event. Mox then came out and said at Windy City Riot on the 12th he will be the new IWGP World Champ.
Backstage David Finlay called Tsuji a failure and there was a little brawl between LIJ and Wardogs.
