Yep. That's why SEN went broke. Overpaid their talent by a long way. Croc won't make the same mistake – very frugal.
Ox is good value. Mark Allen is dreadful. Seriously he’s useless
Ox is a dud. He was only good on footy fix. He should've been booted from everything else long ago.
On another note. I hope the new station at least keeps SEN honest. Cam Luke is a s**t truck. He'll be crapping on about Katie Brennan all night now.

The merger wih Crocmedia suggests it did not. SEN alone was not the old company just as it is one part of the merged entity.

The OX is ******* terrible, but smart move from the owners of the new station biting into a loyal listener base this fresh off all the dumpings.
SENs ratings already suck, if this cuts further into them, Hutch would be worried.

This station is supposed to start up in just over a week and there have been virtually no announcements about presenters.
Not fully broke but they were struggling for long enough, hence the constant cuts to talent over the years
Not fully broke .... wow? What on air type got headhunted by the opposition, pls list in alphabetical order if yoy have more than 20 examples.
There’s no doubt that SEN nearly went broke back in 2005, but since the AFL became “involved” and SEN got AFL rights, that danger went away

I read David Morrow (NSW) and Mark Braybrook (Qld) are involved. This has disaster written all over it. It is a six month trial but I can't see it lasting that long.
I have always thought National sports programs are at their best during summer when you have NBL, Tennis, Cricket and the A-League which are all played nationally. It's winter with different football codes that it will struggle.
They will have to take some live sport, if Qld and NSW take the AFL and Victoria takes the NRL then there is a point of difference but no one will listen. I imagine it will be something like that as Macquarie already producing coverage for both.

I can't imagine that crap Ox and Marko are going to get from nsw/Qld listeners? I reckon they'll go mental on the sms .
