Sent them an email about the America's game content not being available.

Get a template sent back saying that ATV4 app isn't available yet (apparently they're getting it sorted by the start of the season...) and that GamePass was only available on select devices.

Replied with, yeah great, but that's not what I asked. I'm not expecting anything useful out of them.

It's bloody annoying though - I'm paying a small fortune to have GamePass and they don't even have all the content they've suggested they should have.

If they haven't got the Apple TV v3 NFL app working by then I am going to cancel and try to get a refund. Casting is a pain in the proverbial and I am not going to put up with the frustration after paying $$$$$.

I will just watch the NFL games on FTA (even if they are in crappy SD). Which will give me more time to watch the NBA anyway.

Sorry, I don't know the specific contractual terms on those particular shows, but the typical digital "holdback" is 45 days from the first airing on NFL Network. There could be a different arrangement on those particular shows (e.g. end of season) as they're produced by NFL Films who sometimes do different deals on their shows as they are kinda a separate business entity.

Refund came through...for the full yearly amount. Wasn't expecting to get the full amount as it is part way through the season.
