Gotta be pets out. He'll probably get rookied somewhere, trimmed down and have a half decent career playing out of the backline. Just hope we don't go back to porps. It's definitely time for a cey or Cameron to have a go, regardless of how they go in the sanfl today. If thommo is out inj, and I hope he is, Lyons needs a full game in the mid rotations. Not fussed if crouch plays as sub again, especially if there are concerns about him running out a full game. He hasn't been terrible, but Mackay can be sub if crouch gets a full game.

Not sure how many injuries we picked up or who's due back. Has it been 3 months since the sled attack? Is vb nearly available?

Pods was very impressive. Would be a good second banana to Tex if he can keep the form up.

His knock ons to advantage and bringing the ball to ground were top notch.

He was being double teamed too, his value on the field will increase immensely when Tex returns. Lynch will also benefit from this as well.

It was why Hawkins and Pods made a great combination as they are hard to cover both.

I hope over the next few months go on a spending spree and recruit some assistant coaches in the box and look at a better fitness coach.

Clearly we have lost both on the field and in the box.

I am still not sure if we would have won on Saturday if we had Tex, Otten and Lynch in the team. Our delivery and game plan is shot. Players are clearly not leading well and not running into position.

That goal that Petrenko missed, was worth much more than 6 points in the context of the game. Foolishly played on, the mind boggles what his thought process was playing on from a worse angle from where he marked about 30m out. His confidence would have been shot after that and very possibly his career as an AFL footballer too.

Jenkins needs to spend hours this week improving his goal kicking.

Would love to see Sando promote and play Battersby which will send a message to the rest of the list, Battersby had the best kicking efficiency out of any player for any team in last years u/18 champs

Hmmm - late last year felt really confident Battersby would be the type to slot straight in to senior AFL footy - cant believe how it went for him - hope he makes it
